ACCREDITED UNIVERSITIES
At Greensburg Community Learning
Center our courses are offered by local area universities such as
Ivy Tech, Purdue University, IUPUC, Indiana University and more.
Through the Indiana College Network,
or ICN, Indiana colleges and universities work together, along with
other Indiana educators, to help you learn about and enroll in the
wide range of programs available to you by means of technology.
Distance learning provides a
tremendous opportunity for those whose work or family schedules have
prevented them from realizing their educational dreams. Whether you
live hundreds of miles away or just across the street from a campus,
technology today is a solid bridge to link you with teachers, other
learners, and a rich choice of learning options.
ICN member institutions are
experienced in helping distant students learn well online, by video,
or through print independent study. All pay close attention to
quality to assure that distant students receive the same
quality—often in the same classes, with the same professors—that
on-campus students take for granted. All are accredited by regional
and specialized accrediting agencies recognized by the U.S.
Department of Education. They offer individual courses as well as
full certificate and degree programs in hundreds of subjects for
students from middle school through graduate school and beyond. And
they've been cooperating for over ten years through ICN to help
their students register in needed courses offered by other
institutions.
